This site is informational; it has no accounts, forms or payments. It sets no cookies, contains no analytics or advertising tools and loads nothing from third parties; fonts and images are served from the same origin. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, the hosting provider may briefly process technical access data such as your IP address, browser details and request time to deliver the service securely and reliably.
Contacting us by email
When you write to info@remyral.com, your name, email address and message are processed only to answer your request and to run a pilot or installation conversation. Correspondence is kept for a reasonable period after the request is closed, or as long as a legal retention duty requires, and then deleted. Your data is not sold or shared with third parties for marketing.
Legal basis and transfers
Data is processed under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) art. 5/2 — entering into or performing a contract, legal obligations and legitimate interest — and, where the GDPR applies, art. 6(1)(b), (c) and (f). The servers of our email and hosting providers may be located abroad, so data may be transferred abroad to the extent needed to provide these services.
Your rights
Under KVKK art. 11 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may ask whether your data is processed, request access, rectification or erasure, learn who it was shared with, object, and claim compensation for damages. Send requests to info@remyral.com; we reply within 30 days.
